Well we're off to stay at a unit up at the Sunshine Coast till Monday so I thought I'd better leave you with a couple of cards I've made over the last week. I'm not posting them all as I've actually been on time for some birthdays for once in my life and they're in the mail!
This one's using the set again (I love this one) called Easy Elegance out of our Summer Mini Catalogue. The colours are Ruby Red, Always Artichoke and Pumpkin Pie.

This next one, is using some Chipboard from On Board Accents, which I've covered with paper from the Loves Me 12x12 Designer Series Papers. Now the photo just didn't turn out the best as the Glitter on the background looks horrible! It's been stamped with a little star stamp and glitter added with heat and stick powder. It looks much better in real life.

New Stamps!

Well I've finally had time to play with my new stamp sets!

First here's a couple of cards using the Sweet on You set from the Summer Mini Catalogue! It's such a cute set (and so cheap at only $23.95), and the matching 12x12 papers are just divine! They look so much better in real life than in the catalgoue! And the matching ribbons are also just beautiful with heaps of texture!

The colours I've used are Regal Rose, Close to Cocoa and Taken with Teal is also used in the first card. The little wording stamp "Thanks for making me smile" is from the small saying set, also from the Summer Mini.

I've been tagged!

Just realised I've been tagged by Chrissy! The rules of the game:
• Link to the person that tagged you and post the rules on your blog.
• Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself on your blog, we all want to know them.
• Tag 7 random people at the end of your post and include links to their blogs.
• Let each person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

Weird facts? I don't know if I'm willing to admit my "weird" facts LOL
1. Growing up I always knew I'd be married with a baby my the age of 23, and I wanted 4 kids. I was and I have! LOL
2. I LOVE breakfast! It's my favourite meal of the day and I particularly love going out for breakfast!
3. I LOVE Stationary! That's probably where my addiction to papercraft came from but I've always love stationary shops....
4. I've had the same best friend for 16 years now (since year 10). We talk nearly every day. I don't know what I'd do without her.... She's the one who knows truly how "weird" I am! LOL
5. I hate cooking dinner. I hate thinking of what to cook and hoping that all the kids eat it. It's the one thing I hate to do everyday! I wish pizza was a balanced meal! LOL
6.I'm a typical Gemini. I talk too much, and I never finish anything! My uni degree, and various projects, I just love change and never seem to finish anything! I often joke that my kids are the one thing I'll have to see through! LOL
7. I am completely and utterly happy with my family and my life. I couldn't ask for more, for better people in my life. I know that I am truley blessed. I have the best kids, husband, friends, family. I love where I live and what I do. What more can I say!

Okay so I'm going to tag:

Okay! I'm finally posting some cards!! I stayed at my Best Friend's place Saturday night for a whole night of stamping! I can't say we got a lot of cards made but we had heaps of fun! Here's one card I made that night. It's using the Garden Whimsy set I was lucky to receive as a gift from a friend from the US. I'm really hoping this set is in our new catalogue this year!

The next 2 cards are from today! Alice came over today and we played while the kids went crazy as it's raining here AGAIN! These cards are using Easy Elegance which is out of our current Summer Mini Catalogue!

The first one has fine lace stamped on the Rose Red Background, though you can't see it too well in the photo. The second one has Flannel Plaid Background.
